Own relationships with global crypto exchanges, Web3 companies, and strategic ecosystem partners entering Pakistan. You're the first point of contact for inbound exchange leads and the operator who moves them from intro call to signed engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of global exchanges and Web3 companies evaluating Pakistan
- Lead discovery calls and qualify partners for PVARA licensing and launch engagements
- Coordinate with regulatory, corporate, and growth teams to deliver partner proposals
- Represent CoinConnect at crypto events, conferences, and regulator briefings
Requirements
- 3+ years in BD or partnerships at a crypto exchange, Web3 company, or fintech
- Working knowledge of crypto markets and exchange operations
- Excellent English and Urdu, written and verbal
- Track record of closing deals with measurable revenue impact
Business Development Manager
